Great Gifts for Guys

posted on January 14, 2011 in Uncategorized

With Valentines day and the spring wedding and college graduation season just around the corner we need to start getting creative about the gifts we will be purchasing for the men  in our lives.  How about a personalized pewter liquor flask?  You can supply his bar or man cave with either shot glasses, glass beer mugs or the unique glass beer boot.  Start a tradition of  gift giving by choosing a beautiful beer stein to begin a collection that you and others can add to over the years.  Steins add so much style to a home bar area and give  display cases or shelving units in your guy’s office or media room a great look.   Not only do steins add a decorative touch to a space, they are a classy way to serve your favorite brew!  I have given steins, flasks and bar ware as gifts to the men who matter to me and I can tell you they have been much better received than yet another sweater or tie!

New Year’s Cheers and Beer

posted on December 28, 2010 in Uncategorized

As you prepare for ringing in the New Year here are a couple cheers and quotes you will want to share with your family and friends as you raise your stein!

    * When we drink we get drunk.

When we get drunk we fall asleep.

When we fall asleep we commit no sin.

When we commit no sin we go to heaven.

So let’s all get drunk and go to heaven!

*Here’s to a long life and a merry one.

A quick death and an easy  one.

A pretty girl and an honest one.

A cold beer and another one!

*Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.

Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat (or an ice house depending on where you live) and drink beer all day!

   *24 hours in a day.

     24 beers in a case.

     coincidence?
